1. Profile Moderators can now edit all profile information on an account. This includes moderating the Profile Questions entered.
2. Profile Moderators can also change Privacy and Notification Settings for members.
3. Banning of IP and Email Addresses has been added. You can customize this by going to Manage Site > Settings > Manage Settings > Login and Registration. On this page you would list IP's and Emails of accounts you no longer want to access your login or registration pages.
4. Self Deactivation of accounts has been removed. If a member wants to remove their account you must do it for them or tell them to turn off the notification settings if you want to keep the member in the database.
5. Member Accounts will be regularly purged for inactivate accounts that have not logged into your website for over a year.
6. When using the search members box, the search will also search in emails. Thus you can enter a users email address to quickly find a user account.

1. We are working on changing the permission systems in the platform for the old access level method, to using roles. Roles will add more flexibility in how you can structure your website moderation hierarchy, by allowing you to create your own roles for members and administrators
2. New Discussions system that will be far easier to use and navigate. This will also replace the current topics systems used for groups by giving groups their own Discussion categories.
3. Groups are being re-worked to better tie into the other features of the site. Including Events, Photos, Videos and Blogs. Allowing these systems to be categorized by the group member posting to them.

ISSUE I: Is Witchcraft recognized as a legitimate religion in the United States?

ISSUE I: Witchcraft is recognized in the United States as a legitimate religion. In 1985, Dettmer v Landon (617 F Supp 592) the District Court of Virginia pursuant to rule 52 (a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure ruled that Witchcraft is a legitimate religion and falls within a recognizable religious category In 1986 in the Federal Appeals court fourth circuit. Butzner, J. affirmed the decision (799 F 2d 929) Since in most cases Federal law, even case law supersedes state law in this type of matter, the affirmation by judge Butzner clearly sets Witchcraft as a religion under the protection of constitutional rights. The Church of Wicca (or Witchcraft) is clearly a religion for First Amendment purposes.

Members of the Church sincerely adhere to a fairly complex set of doctrines relating to the spiritual aspect of their lives, and in doing so they have ultimate concerns' in much the same way as followers of more accepted religions. Their ceremonies and leadership structure, their rather elaborate set of articulated doctrine, their belief in the concept of another world, and their broad concern for improving the quality of life for others gives them at least some facial similarity to other more widely recognized religions.

While there are certainly aspects of Wiccan philosophy that may strike most people as strange or incomprehensible. the mere fact that a belief may be unusual does not strip it of constitutional protection. Accordingly the Court concludes that the Church of Wicca. of which the plaintiff is a sincere follower. is a religion for the purpose of the free exercise clause." Williams. J. 1985 Dettmer v. Landon Supra. ³We agree with the district court that the doctrine taught by the Church of Wicca is a religion." Butzner. J. 19864th Circuit. Dettmer v. Landon Supra.

ISSUE II: The first amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees the right to freedom of religious belief. The USCA states that a practice is a religion if it is for an individual a belief system for their whole life. The constitution does not wish to dictate what an individual should hold as a belief system or how it is practiced and will not enter into a ruling on that. "Court may not inquire into worthiness of parties' religious belief to ascertain whether they merit. First Amendment protection, but need only consider whether beliefs are 'religious' in parties' own scheme of things and whether their beliefs are sincere. USCA Const. Amend. I "To be a bona fide religious belief entitled to protection under either the First Amendment or Title VII, a belief must be sincerely held" and within the believers own scheme of things religious. USCA Const. Amend. 1: Civil Rights Act 1964 701 et seq., 717 as amended 42 USCA 2000e-16"

ISSUE III: The equal protection clause is guaranteed to all people and groups. If one group of people is entitled to equal protection than all groups are. Witchcraft is accepted as a religion, therefore, Witches are entitled to the same protections as al] other religious groups; under the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. ³First and Fourteenth Amendments insures without qualification that a state may not forbid the holding of any religious belief or opinion, nor may it force anyone to embrace any religious belief or to say or believe anything in conflict with his religious tenets. USCA Const. Amend. 1, (14 Africa v. Anderson 542 F. Supp. 224.") (16 FPD 212-216)

ISSUE IV: USCA ARTICLE VII # 2 states: ³This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be The Supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding."In light of the fact that Dettmer v. Landon supra, being a Federally Adjudicated case. it is thereby protected by the Constitution. No state can override this Federal adjudication. No Witch can be denied his/her civil liberty and right to be a Witch, open and free, in any state in the land; within the parameters of the Law.

CONCLUSION: Witchcraft is a legally recognized religion in the United States and Witches are entitled to every right and protection for freedom of religion, including freedom from harassment and prejudice as every other recognized religion in the United States.

The United States Constitution, under the First and Fourteenth Amendments. supports the right of all peoples in the United States to practice their own belief system and to enjoy this in each their own manner.

Lawyers and Law Enforcement Agencies have the obligation to protect the rights of all people in their religious endeavors, no matter what they may be, without bias or prejudice.

Witches desire only to retain their right of religious privacy and to practice their Craft as they see fit within the parameters of the law.

Now I wake up this morning to find out that some frozen eggheads in Minnesota are claiming that I’m no longer a Taurus, but an Aries. James is getting angry now!

Long story short, according to Minnesota Planetarium Society board member Parke Kunkle the signs of the zodiac have changed because the gravitational force of the Moon has managed to tilt the planet’s axis a bit since the Babylonians determined the dates of the Zodiac five thousand years ago.

It is also learned that not only the way you read horoscope has changed, and they claim to have also discovered that there may be a 13th Zodiac sign called Ophiuchus.

However, Parke Kunkle’s discovery only addresses sidereal zodiac, that is based on constellations. Therefore this change only concerns people in the East. Westerners adhere to tropical zodiac that is fixed to seasons (equinox to equinox). In conclusion, your zodiac sign has not changed.

Yeah, it’s all pretty confusing (the reason for my sub-headline on this article).

There are many definitions of what is a witch or what witchcraft? ask 3 different people that are not pagans and you will receive three different answers. witchcraft is discussed, including that witches Celabrate the Sabbat  and sacrificed babies to the Devil, renounced the Christian faith, and engaged in orgies.  from the anthropological approach, a witch is a sorcerer,  from the historical approach, a witch is a Satanist, from modern definition, a witch worships ancient gods and practices magic. The point is Witchcraft means many different things to Different people.who most of the time dont know what they are talking about.

In general witchcraft is the magical manipulation of the supernormal forces through the use of spells, signs and Sigils for the conjuring or invoking of spirits.To assist in sorcery.  sorcery is the activity of trying to cause change toward a desired end through symbolic means and of using the forces of Nature as a primary Tool and the elements of its practice vary from one system or culture to another. There is no Black or white Witchcraft While the term "witchcraft" can have positive or negative connotations depending on cultural context most contemporary people who self-identify as witches see it as beneficent and morally positive, and yes There are those who seek nothing but to do Harm.but that is not who we ARE. My definitions is This: A True Witch Is Neither Good Nor Evil But neutral like nature, and her/his knowledge should be that of both aspects of good and evil as identified by society –huh- you might say– here it is put very Simple The truth is Within The heart of the Witch-Does this mean we do not Believe in God?

The word ‘Witchcraft’ has been derived from the word ‘Wicca’ which means ‘the wise one’ The word 'Witch'  means 'Magic Maker'.  In ancient times,The first witches were the primary healthcare providers for ancient peoples, with several traditions focusing on herbs and medicinal plantsWitchcraft was known as ‘craft of the wise’ as the wise persons were those who followed the path of nature and were in tune with its forces, had the knowledge of herbs and medicines, gave wise counsel and were held in high esteem as Shamanic healers and leaders in the community. They understood that nature was superior to Human beings, and that  we are simply one of the many parts of nature . In the process of researching such plants, witches discovered that some plants, when ingested, made you see wild Things that were out of the ordinary. That led to shamanism, in which the witch communes with the divine in very particular ways.

Note: Opposition to witchcraft by the church did not appear until the late Middle Ages. Nearly all those who fell under suspicion of witchcraft were women.The persecution of witches declined by about 1700. One of the last outbreaks of witch-hunting took place in Salem, Massachusetts in 1692 And the devil Was born
